After two years of working to crowdfund producer microloans and promote fair trade products, we have decided to close our doors.

Gifting with the Hoop - How it Works
You can give a microloan in a loved one's name, give them a product + microloan bundle, or a Hoop gift certificate so they can choose themselves.

Giving a microloan in a friend's name
How to gift a microloan:
- Browse our current microloans and choose one that moves you.
- Click "Fund".
- Choose your amount $25, $50, or more.
- Check the "Gift this loan?" checkbox.
- Fill in your friend's name and email.
- Click fund and checkout.
We'll setup an account for your friend, and send you a certificate you can print out or forward to your friend.
Your friend will receive updates on the microloan's progress and repayments once the loan is repaid.
Giving a product + microloan bundle
How to gift a product + microloan bundle:
- Browse our list of gift bundles and choose one that moves you.
- Click "Buy".
- Pick your product options (size, color, etc.).
- Check the "Give as a gift?" checkbox.
- Fill in your friend's name and email.
- Click add to cart.
We'll setup an account for your friend, and send you a certificate you can print out or forward to your friend.
Your friend will receive updates on the microloan's progress and repayments once the loan is repaid.
If it's a physical product, Google Checkout will ask for your shipping information. You can either have the item sent to you or direct to your friend.

When you give a Hoop Gift Certificate, you give a gift that changes lives and transforms our global supply chains for the better.
About Hoop Gift Certificates:
- Three sizes: $25, $35, and $50.
- Gift Certificate includes a gift code to be used during checkout at HoopFund.com.
- Can be used for both microloans and product bundles.
- We'll send you a link to a custom certificate, that you can print out or forward on.
- Gift codes are one-time use only, and in a few cases, may not include shipping.
